In 1981, Company's Coming began with a few dedicated people looking for the right ingredients to create a successful cookbook business. Today they number more than 60 full-time talented individuals, plus half again as many part-time, all focused on that very same goal. Together they work as a team, sharing new ideas, overcoming challenges, and celebrating one another's accomplishments. It's a real Company's Coming family.
Celebrating 20th Anniversaries
Leslie Johnson
September 29, 2008 marks a special day for Company's Coming and a milestone anniversary date for one of our favourite staff members - Leslie Johnson. Over the past 20 years, Leslie's career has been diverse with our company. Starting out in the Accounting Department, Leslie earned the position of Accounting Supervisor. In addition to her busy job, Leslie established our social club. As Social Club President for many years, Leslie's warmth and enthusiasm brought the company together to celebrate numerous fun events. It was a natural evolution when Leslie moved to the Marketing Department as Key Account Manager in charge of our Special Sales. Leslie's sales abilities, organization skills and creativity help Company's Coming develop new markets.
Leslie is a role model to us all; a breast cancer survivor, she has taught us to maintain a positive "can do" attitude. She demonstrates that winning focus each and every day with everyone she encounters. Leslie's greatest joys are her family - husband Barry, her two sons - Matt and Craig, their wives Heidi and Melinda and her precious grandson Miguel. Congratulations Leslie. We're all very proud of you.

Celebrating 10th Anniversaries
Deanna Ouellette-Fredericks
Deanna joined us on March 23, 1998. In the past 10 years, Deanna has travelled many km’s selling Company’s Coming Cookbooks from Ottawa to Oshawa. Deanna always has a smile on her face and is a joy to work with. Her customers love her outgoing personality and dedication. Deanna and her husband Glen love to travel and enjoy camping and hiking. Deanna has 3 children Sarah, Andrew and Adam, an 18 year old fish called Sharky and bird named Martini. On January 12, 1998 Kristy Moran began her career with us servicing Mississauga and the Niagara region. Soon after that she added Toronto to her territory. Right from the start Kristy’s customers loved her loyalty and kindness. She has made many friends with not only other staff members but with many customers as well. Kristy has 2 children, Mathew and Jason and a golden retriever named Duncan. In Kristy’s spare time she teaches aerobics and enjoys many outdoor activities.
