Turkey Roasting Times

General guidelines for cooking a turkey follows a weight chart, but it's important to know that a turkey is only truly cooked when it reaches a safe internal temperature. Cooking times can vary based on how many times the oven door is opened, the size of the oven in relation to the turkey, whether the oven is a convection oven or a standard oven—the list goes on and on!
