Backorders
We keep a sizable inventory of all our products, but should there be a temporary stock shortage, we'll ship the available portion of your order without delay and forward the rest as soon as we can. You pay only once for shipping—any further shipping costs are free of charge. This only applies to orders from Canada and the US.
International orders will not be shipped until the full order is in stock. We'll contact you if we expect a processing delay longer than 30 days.
Unavailable products
We work hard to keep our website product listing up-to-date, but should you order something that is no longer available, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund for that portion that couldn't be sent.
Customs
All shipments from Company's Coming originate in Canada.
Shipments from Canada to any other country may be subject to customs charges once they arrive at the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay if charged.
In our experience, books shipped from Canada to US addresses have not incurred customs charges.
Gift Wrap Orders
You can have your order gift wrapped by selecting this function on the Main Shopping Cart. This service is $1.00 per item and each item is wrapped individually. You can add a personal note to your gift, by checking the "Gift Order" box on the Address Shopping Cart and typing your message in the gift note field. Ship directly to the recipient by entering their address in the Shipping Address section and your address in the Billing Address section.
