Brown Sugar Cookies

Cream margarine and brown sugar together in large bowl. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Add vanilla. Mix. Stir in remaining 5 ingredients. Form into 2 rolls, 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Slice 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes until browned. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies. |
