Chinese Stir-Fry Vegetables

Stir broth into cornstarch in small bowl. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir. Set aside. Heat wok or large frying pan on medium-high until very hot. Add cooking oil. Add remaining 7 ingredients. Stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Stir broth mixture. Stir into vegetable mixture for about 2 minutes until boiling and thickened. Makes 5 cups (1.25 L). Serves 4. |
