Place oven rack in centre position. Turn oven on to 350ºF (175ºC). Grease baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside. Put brown sugar and cinnamon into bowl. Mix well. Brush tortillas with half of butter using pastry brush. Sprinkle half of brown sugar mixture on each tortilla. Roll tortillas up tightly, jelly roll-style. Place rolls, seam-side down, on baking sheet. Brush with remaining butter. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until rolls are golden. Put baking sheet on wire rack to cool. Let cool for 5 minutes. Turn oven off. Cut rolls into 1/2 inch (12 mm) thick slices. Makes about 28 hypnotizers—enough to get you and a friend really dizzy. |
