Date And Blue Cheese Tarts

Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch (6 mm) thickness. Cut into 3 1/4 inch (8.2 cm) circles with fluted cutter. Line tartlet pans or mini muffin cups with circles. Whisk next 3 ingredients in medium bowl. Add dates and blue cheese. Stir well. Spoon about 2 tsp. (10 mL) date mixture in each shell. Bake on bottom rack in 375°F (190°C) oven for about 15 minutes until set. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 24 tarts. |
