Easy Tomato Soup

This is a fresh, light-tasting tomato soup that couldn’t be easier to make! Try serving this attractive red soup in white bowls for a striking contrast.
 
Tomato juice 12 cups 3 L
Granulated sugar 2 tbsp. 30 mL
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. 15 mL
Italian seasoning 2 tsp. 10 mL
Lime juice 1 tbsp. 15 mL
 
Combine first 4 ingredients in 4 to 5 quart (4 to 5 L) slow cooker. Cook, covered, on Low for 5 to 6 hours or on High for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Add lime juice. Stir. Makes about 12 cups (3 L).
