Fasta Pasta Dressing: Combine first 3 ingredients in small cup. Makes 3 tbsp. (50 mL) dressing. Put remaining 5 ingredients into medium bowl. Toss. Drizzle with dressing. Toss well. Cover. Chill for 2 hours to blend flavours. May be stored in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days. Makes about 2 cups (500 mL). |
