Put steak on greased broiler pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil on top rack in oven for about 3 minutes per side or until beef reaches desired doneness. Cover with foil. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut diagonally, across the grain, into thin slices. Tomato Corn Salsa: Combine next 8 ingredients in small bowl. Makes about 2/3 cup (150 mL) salsa. Put pitas on 2 plates. Arrange steak over top. Top with Tomato Corn Salsa. Serves 2. |
