Salmon Patties

Salmon Patties      "Salmon Patties" is available in PDF format print friendly version

Crusty coated patties and condiments make good burgers.
 
Large eggs, fork-beaten22
Canned salmon, drained, skin and 2 x 7.5 oz.2 x 213 g
round bones removed
Water1/2 cup125 mL
Soda cracker crumbs1 cup250 mL
Celery salt1/2 tsp.2 mL
Onion powder1/2 tsp.2 mL
Salt1/4 tsp.1 mL
Dill weed1/4 tsp.1 mL
Pepper1/16 tsp.0.5 mL
 
Corn flake crumbs1/2 cup125 mL
 
Combine first 9 ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties.

Coat with corn flake crumbs. Place patties in bottom of 3 1/2 quart (3.5 L) or 5 quart (5 L) slow cooker. Cover. Cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or on High for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Makes 4 patties.
