Split chicken wings, tips discarded 2 lbs.900 g
(or chicken drumettes)
 
Soy sauce2 tbsp.30 mL
Montreal steak spice2 tsp.10 mL
Coarsely ground pepper1/2 tsp.2 mL
Lemon pepper1/2 tsp.2 mL
 
Arrange wing pieces in single layer on greased wire rack set in foil-lined baking sheet with sides.

Brush soy sauce on both sides of wing pieces. Sprinkle remaining 3 ingredients on both sides of wing pieces. Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for about 40 minutes, turning at halftime, until crisp golden brown and fully cooked. Makes about 24 wing pieces (or 16 drumettes).
