This cheesy chicken pizza, topped with lots of veggies, is destined to become a year-round favourite.
 
Prebaked pizza crust (12 inch, 30 cm,11
diameter)
Pizza sauce1/3 cup75 mL
Grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup125 mL
 
Chopped cooked chicken1 1/2 cups375 mL
Roasted red peppers, drained,1/3 cup75 mL
blotted dry, cut into strips
 
Fresh asparagus spears, trimmed of88
tough ends
Goat (chèvre) cheese, cut up2/3 cup150 mL
 
Preheat oven to 475°F (240°C). Place pizza crust on greased 12 inch (30 cm) pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce evenly on crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Scatter chicken and red pepper over Parmesan cheese.

Arrange asparagus spears in spoke pattern on top of red pepper. Scatter goat cheese over top. Bake for about 15 minutes until crust is crisp and golden. Cuts into 8 wedges.
