Turkey Feta Pizzas

Preheat oven to 475°F (240°C). Heat olive oil in large frying pan on medium-high. Add next 6 ingredients. Scramble-fry for about 6 minutes until turkey is browned and no longer pink. Arrange tortillas on greased baking sheet with sides. Spread tomato sauce over each tortilla, almost to edge. Scatter turkey mixture over top. Arrange green pepper over turkey. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook on bottom rack in oven for about 7 minutes until edges are browned. Makes 2 pizzas. |
